If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the website or purchase services from the Photographer.

2. Services Offered

Landon Wilt Photography provides various photography services, including but not limited to sports photoshoots, pet photoshoots, portraits and other types of photoshoots. Details of the services offered can be found on the website, and all bookings are subject to the availability and agreement of both parties.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Booking: To book a photoshoot, clients must complete the online contact form or contact us directly to arrange a session.

  • Payment: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The full payment must be made before the shoot date unless otherwise arranged. Payments can be made via [Payment Methods Available: Cash, Venmo, or Paypal].

  • Cancellation/Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy is available on our website. Please refer to the Refund Policy for detailed terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and for communicating any specific requests regarding the photoshoot.

  • Clients must ensure they have the necessary permissions for any locations or subjects being photographed.

  • Clients should arrive on time for their scheduled photoshoot. Failure to do so may result in a shortened session, and no refunds will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All photos taken by Landon Wilt | Photography are the property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed upon. The photographer retains copyright over all images. If you find your photo on this site and are not a client of Landon Wilt Photography, you may contact us to take it down.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Commercial use of the photos is prohibited without prior written consent from Landon Wilt | Photography.

  • All photos shared by Landon Wilt | Photography are for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to have your images used for promotion, please notify us in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Photographer will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, Landon Wilt |Photography's liability will be limited to the refund of the amount paid for the session, excluding any additional costs.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal data collected during the booking process is used only for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to infringing on intellectual property rights, transmitting harmful code, or engaging in any conduct that may disrupt the website’s functionality.
